As previously reported, BofA/Merrill downgraded Greenbrier to Neutral from Buy. Analyst Ken Hoexter said Q4 results fell short and 2017 guidance was soft and reflected a weak market and declining margins. The analyst lowered estimates and downgraded Greenbrier saying shares have ticked up in recent months and maintained its $36 price target.
