Goldman Sachs analyst Ajay Patel upgraded Gamesa to Buy and raised his price target to EUR15.30 from EUR13 as part of his broader research note into European wind energy producers, saying costs are "already at part with most power prices and keep declining." The analyst sees this continued cost reduction supporting installations over the next decade, estimating incremental offshore installations to total 180GW.
