BofA/Merrill analyst George Staphos downgraded Greif to Neutral from Buy and raised its price target to $63 from $57. Staphos said Geif missed Q1 estimates due to weaker volumes and higher costs but maintained full year guidance and believes investors could fade a rally on improved earnings given his view of the cycle and move to less volatile names in the group.
