Oppenheimer analyst Steve Manaker says General Growth longer term growth story remains intact, despite the company's Q2 miss and lowered guidance. The analyst attributes the miss/guide-down to accelerated dispositions, partially offset by stronger operations. Manaker reiterates an Outperform rating and $35 price target on the shares.
