Susquehanna downgraded Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) to Neutral from Positive citing the better risk/reward in Pinnacle Entertainment (PNK), which Gaming and Leisure has offered to buy. Susquehanna raised its price target to $42 from $39 on Gaming and Leisure Properties shares. Pinnacle Entertainment was also upgraded to Positive from Neutral at Susquehanna this morning.
