Morgan Stanley analysts led by Vikram Malhotra upgraded Gaming and Leisure Properties to Overweight from Equal Weight and raised its price target to $38 from $36. The analyst said shares screen well relative to other Triple Net peers and its recent shift towards smaller deals creates incremental catalysts.
