Baird analyst Colin Sebastian says that while investor focus will likely be on GameStop's light guidance, the company's "bigger picture" of ongoing revenue and profit diversification remains on track. GameStop's Q4 results and 2016 outlook indicate that the portion of its revenues and earnings generated by video game products is declining, Sebastian tells investors in a post-earnings research note. He keeps an Outperform rating on the shares with a $46 price target.
