As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Genworth to Underweight from Equal Weight. The firm said shares have moved higher without a corresponding improvement in fundamentals and sees substantial earnings dilution from asset sales. Morgan Stanley lowered its price target to $8 from $8.50.
