Dougherty analyst Richard Ryan says that in a "cryptically written" regulatory filing, Gogo said it received a proposal to provide a meaningful portion of a customer's fleet with Gogo's existing ATG/ATG-4 and 2Ku technologies. This is not a contract but negotiations may lead to a completed contract in the near term, Ryan points out. While Gogo decided to not close its 12% senior secured notes $525M today, the terms in the previously announced financing still may not be altered, the analyst contends. He has a Buy rating on Gogo with a $17 price target
