DA Davidson analyst John Morris lowered his price target on Canada Goose to $38 and kept his Neutral rating after its disappointing Q2 results as the company saw significantly lower wholesale channel gross margins and reduced its Q3 revenue expectations to negative mid teens. The analyst warns that the Hong Kong DTC environment for Canada Goose will get worse while its inventory levels remain high.
