As previously reported, BofA/Merrill upgraded Graphic Packaging to Buy from Neutral and lowered its price target to $14.70 from $14.80. Analyst George Staphos changed his view citing valuation and said shares largely reflect volume and pricing headwinds and expects it to benefit from high domestic exposure, stronger GDP, and higher rates.
