As previously reported, Credit Suisse analyst Betty Jiang downgraded Gulfport Energy to Underperform from Neutral as she believes it does not have the balance sheet or the asset base to compete for capital in a $2.50/MMBtu gas and depressed NGL price environment. The analyst sees Gulfport Energy "structurally challenged" and lowered her price target on the shares to $3 from $9.
