Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster downgraded Groupon to Neutral citing several shifts in the company's business. Groupon should be more focused at improving the product and less focused on marketing, Munster tells investors in a post-earnings research note. The shares are likely "dead money" over the near-term, he writes. Munster cut his price target for shares to $2.50 from $7.50.
