The company operates a chain of hydroponic gardening center stores in the U.S., Mattson tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes GrowGeneration represents an attractive way to play the "rapidly growing" cannabis space. The company is emerging as a key supplier in the form of specialty retail to small, medium and larger multi-state operators, he contends.
