Cowen analyst Joseph Giordano raised his price target on Granite Construction to $70 from $55 citing Trump related initiatives and spending measure that have already passed, which he sees making the stock a "strong, multi-year earnings growth story." Giordano reiterated his Outperform rating on Granite Construction shares.
