DA Davidson analyst Brent Thielman kept his Buy rating and $60 price target on Granite Construction after holding talks with its CFO last week. The analyst notes that with the overhang from Proposition 6 in California now over, the company's results over the next 24 months should reflect the impact. Thielman adds that "barring proliferation of any new significant problem project", he expects the earnings of Granite Construction to ramp next year, with the company also producing an organic growth of over 10% over the next few years.
