Morgan Stanley analyst Alex Vecchio downgraded Genesee & Wyoming to Equal Weight and lowered his price target to $58 from $67 on shares. The analyst said exposure to North America energy/industrial commodities and Australia will continue to weigh on shares near-term. Further, higher leverage creates great equity risk and limits potential acquisitions, according to Vecchio.
