As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Grainger to Equal Weight from Overweight and lowered its price target to $218 from $236. Analyst Nigel Coe sees risk to further margin pressure from price and mix and believes Grainger's premium multiple will be pressured given higher balance sheet leverage exiting 2015.
