Morgan Stanley analyst Gaurav Rateria downgraded Genpact to Underweight and lowered its price target to $22 from $25 based on decelerating growth. Based on 1H 2016 performance, Rateria expects revenue deceleration towards the lower end of management's guidance given the challenging outlook for both the capital and healthcare markets.
