Morgan Stanley analyst David Lewis said Haemonetics' receipt of 501(k) clearance for the YES technology for its NexSys PCS came in modestly ahead of his expectation in terms of timing with a "positive surprise" regarding its labeling. The label indicates NexSys can improve yield by 2-3 points, he noted, adding that the approval increases his confidence in a summer launch. Lewis reiterates an Overweight rating on Haemonetics shares.
