Craig-Hallum analyst Brad Berning says InComm, Blackhawk's largest competitor, is considering selling itself, possibly to the latter, according to Bloomberg. The analyst believes if such a scenario were to come to fruition that it would be "highly accretive" to Blackhawk as it would likely be able to cut significant operational expenses by simply onboarding customers and leveraging its existing platform. Such a deal could value Blackhawk at $60-$90 per share, he notes. Berning reiterates a Buy rating and $50 price target on the shares.
