Piper Jaffray analyst Kevin Barker noted that Huntington Bancshares reported the lowest CET1 minimum of the 33 banks included in the Fed's stress tests and said he believe that the test result will prevent Huntington from buying back shares in the next year. In the wake of the test announcements, Barker reiterate the firm's Neutral rating on the stock and lowered his price target on to $9.50 from $10 on Huntington shares.
