FBR Capital analyst Paul Miller upgraded Huntington Bancshares to Outperform saying he likes the risk/reward profile at current valuation levels. The stock, near multiyear lows, is pricing in poor sentiment and disappointment with the company's capital plan, Miller tells investors in a research note. He keeps an $11 price target for the shares.
