Roth Capital analyst Jeff Martin downgraded Hackett Group to Neutral from Buy, with a $20 price target, given near-term uncertainty and a full valuation. While management sees significant long-term opportunity with the technology transformation to digital and mobile, near-term future results have increased uncertainty given the recent acceleration of the transition from on premise to cloud, he notes.
