JPMorgan analyst Michael Mueller downgraded Welltower to Neutral in conjunction with his firm's 2016 REIT outlook. Rising rates and continued concerns relating to senior housing supply could limit the stock's outperformance, Mueller tells investors in a research note. He keeps a $72 price target for the shares.
