Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa downgraded Wlltower to Hold and lowered its price target to $65 from $68. The analyst said near-term sentiment is likely to be negative given concerns surrounding both Genesis Healthcare, Welltower's second largest tenant partner, and increasing new supply of senior housing, and be a cloud on shares.
