As previously reported, Morgan Stanley upgraded Welltower to Overweight from Equal Weight and raised its price target to $73 from $65. Analyst Vikram Malhotra said Welltower is his preferred play on senior housing given its premium market position, a relatively younger portfolio, and faces relatively less new supply.
