After HD Supply (HDS) announced that it had agreed to sell its Power Solutions business unit to its peer, Anixter (AXE), SunTrust says that the deal will raise HD Supply's margins and could boost its multiple over the long-term. The firm keeps a Buy rating on HD Supply.
