Craig-Hallum analyst Steven Dyer blames market and liquidity fears for the weakness in shares of Hudson Technologies. While he admits challenging market conditions are "well known," he contends that fears over a potential, but what he sees as unlikely, debt default are being overblown. While Dyer estimates Hudson will trip its leverage ratio covenant this quarter, he said he is confident the company will get an amendment or waiver. Dyer maintains a Buy rating and $6 price target on Hudson shares.
