SunTrust analyst Keith Hughes kept his Hold rating and $187 price target on Home Depot, saying the weakness in Q1 sales was driven by soft Lawn & Garden segment suffering from the delayed spring weather. The analyst notes that sales were as expected or better in other categories, adding that he seen no other "red flags" in the results. Hughes further states that his neutral stance reflects the current valuation and limited earnings growth from compressed margins, but still expects demand to "remain solid".
