As previously reported, Credit Suisse upgraded HollyFrontier to Outperform from Neutral and raised its price target to $38 from $29. Analyst Edward Westlake is encouraged by the possibility of a shift in the point of RIN obligation and lower corporate taxation, which disproportionately helps HollyFrontier relative to peers.
