Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Steven Halper says Health Insurance Innovations announced that its initial Q4 Medicare application volume was 47,000 through December 7, which appear to be "solid" and in line with the company's expectations. Based on his estimate, Halper tells investors in a research note that Medicare revenue will probably be around $40M in Q4.
