Mizuho analyst Sheryl Skolnick upgraded HealthSouth to Buy from Neutral and increased its price target to $55 saying, a surprise move, CMS will not finalize the complex and questionable Home Health Groupings Model rule. Skolnick expects HealthSouth shares to have strong positive follow through and has increased confidence in execution and free cash flow generation.
