Nomura Instinet analyst Harry Curtis raised his price target for Hilton Hotels to $130 from $121 and says the company is "once again" his top pick. Hilton's better than expected EBITDA growth outlook emphasizes the strength of its asset light business model, Curtis tells investors in a research note. Despite a RevPAR outlook of 0%-1%, the company should generate 5%-7% fee revenue growth, contends the analyst, who keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
