Cowen analyst Vaibhav Vaishnav upgraded Helix Energy to Outperform from Market Perform after transferring coverage. The company has been de-risked after raising $320M in equity and with its low valuation, an attractive risk/reward has been set up. Vaishnav raised his price target to $10 from $8 on Helix Energy shares.
