As previously reported, Sandler O'Neill analyst Stephen Scouten upgraded Home Bancshares to Buy from Hold, noting that the stock is now trading at a "historically weak" 1/2 turn discount to its regional peers despite its strong profitability. Scouten raised his price target on the stock to $26 from $25.
