As previously reported, Credit Suisse analyst Gregory Lewis downgraded Hornbeck Offshore to Underperform from Neutral, noting that the Offshore Supply Vessel market remains "grossly oversupplied" and he believes the situation will take 2-3 years to balance. He maintains a $2 price target on Hornbeck Offshore shares.
