CLSA analyst Jon Oh downgraded Starwood (HOT) to Underperform and lowered his price target to $67 from $80 on shares. The analyst said the Marriot (MAR) and Starwood (HOT) deal closes in June, but could take considerably longer to integrate and benefits will take time to manifest.
