Jefferies analyst Akshay Jagdale downgraded Hormel Foods to Hold citing valuation. The analyst says the stock trades at a 40% premium to Hormel's peers, which he believes "fully reflects all the good news." Jagdale raised his price target for the shares to $43 from $42.50.
