KeyBanc analyst Jeff Hammond says that Harsco is well-positioned to benefit from increased infrastructure spending due to its "indirect" North American s Metals & Minerals exposure. The analyst thinks that "significantly improved contract mix" and stabilizing LST volumes" should also help the company's Metals business reach a positive turning point in 2017. He believes that the company's margins will increase and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares.
