As reported earlier, RBC Capital downgraded Host Hotels to Sector Perform from Outperform. Noting that the REIT currently expects RevPAR growth that's in-line with the sector, analyst Wes Golladay says that it lacks "near-term operational catalysts." Target to $18 from $19.
