Stifel raised its price target on Healthcare Trust, citing the slightly higher multiple it has applied to REITs focused on medical office buildings. The firm says that such REITs are the most compelling in the healthcare REIT space, partly due to low supply growth and strong demand drivers. Stifel keeps a Buy rating on Healthcare Trust.
