Canaccord analyst Ryan Meliker downgraded Hersha Hospitality to Hold and lowered his price target to $20 from $24 on shares. The analyst no longer expects New York will exceed current expectations and expects Hersha's multiple to be pressured given its high exposure to Manhattan.
