Citi analyst P.J. Juvekar upgraded Huntsman to Buy citing improving free cash flow and the potential for a higher valuation multiple post the Venator spin by the end of Q2. The analyst also highlights management's willingness to increase shareholder value through a potential merger of equals. He raised his price target for the shares to $28 from $22. Huntsman closed Friday down 53c to $24.54.
