Citi analyst P.J. Juvekar upgraded Huntsman to Buy from Neutral with an unchanged $26 price target. The analyst sees a "solid" balance sheet post the $1.6B net proceeds from the Indorama transaction expected to close early 2020 and a "relatively inexpensive" valuation. Further, his confidence has increased on Huntsman's acquisition execution toward growing specialties following conversations with management. The company targets greater than 20% returns for organic and greater than mid-teens for inorganic growth, Juvekar tells investors in a research note.
