Barclays analyst Joshua Raskin upgraded Healthways to Equal Weight and raised its price target to $27 from $12. The analyst expects changed leadership and an entirely new operating focus will result in a better growth trajectory and sustained higher margins and return, but notes significant share appreciation reflects some of this upside.
