Benchmark analyst Daniel Kurnos raised his price target on IAC (IAC) to $135 from $95, saying tha the company paid 50c less per share than his estimated $9 per share fair value for Angie's List (ANGI) and found a way to unlock meaningful value from its core portfolio with no capital outlay and no share issuance. The analyst added that the deal has greater synergy potential identified by the companies than he had even anticipated and there may also be potential for upside to those estimates. Kurnos, who said he still sees "some room to run" for IAC shares despite the stock's nearly 50% year-to-date advance, keeps a Buy rating on IAC.
