Barclays analyst Ross Sandler raised his price target for IAC (IAC) to $290 from $254 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. IAC remains a "compelling value" among Smid-cap Internet with the certainty around the Match Group (MTCH) spin and the "2008-like catalyst" of unlocking the $34 per share, Sandler tells investors in a research note. Further, management is wasting no time moving to its next project with the ~$500M acquisition of Care.com (CRCM), the analyst adds.

Tinder is enabling users to share their date plans with friends and family directly from the app through a "Share My Date" feature, TechCrunch's Lauren Forristal reports, citing a statement. The feature will allow users to send recipients a link that includes details about the date including the match's name, meeting location, date and time. "At Tinder, we continue to release new features that aim to create a fun, safe, and respectful experience for all," Tinder CMO Melissa Hobley said. "Discussing plans with friends and family is a time-honored dating ritual. Share My Date streamlines this basic info-sharing so singles can jump right to the exciting part, from figuring out what to wear to prepping conversation topics." Reference Link
