After Integra LifeSciences (IART) announced that Mark Augusti, who was President, Orthopedics & Tissue Technologies, resigned to join ConforMIS (CFMS) as its President and CEO, Piper Jaffray analyst Matt O'Brien called the transition "disappointing" but "understandable." The analyst, who believes there will be very little disruption as a result of this change, keeps an Overweight rating on Integra shares.
