KeyBanc analyst Kenneth Zener downgraded Installed Building Products to Sector Weight citing the slowing of existing home sales trends. Since 70% of new-build homes are sold to existing homeowners, the company's 75% exposure to new construction will likely fall below consensus growth, Zener tells investors in a research note.
